Courier Policy

NO FUNDS = NO PARCEL WILL BE PROCESSED/SHIPPED/SELF COLLECTED.

  1. YOCO/Payfast Debit & Credit payment option takes up to 1 working day EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.
  2. YOCO/Payfast EFT payment option takes up to 1 working day EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.
  3. HappyPay payment option takes up to 1 working day EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.
  4. Manual EFT payment option takes up to 3 working days EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS unless immediate payment is done (please email POP to payments@grace-empire.co.za).
  5. Once payment has cleared into our business account, order status will change to PROCESSING and you will receive an automated email notification of the order status change.
  6. The order will be packaged and booked with our courier partner to collect the parcel from our warehouse.
  7. Once booking is confirmed, we will send you a TRACKING CODE via email to let you know of the parcel's collection date.
  8. FOR SELF COLLECTION, an email will be sent to let you know as to when you can SELF COLLECT.
  9. Courier service will collect your parcel at our warehouse in preparation to ship the parcel to the address you have given us.
  10. Remember courier partner services have their own timelines, they normally take up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.
  11. The Courier Guy (Door to Door Delivery) - R150 up to 5kg.
  12. PARGO (over 4000 Pick-up Points) - R130 up to 5kg.
  13. Collection fee from our warehouse - R10.
  14. A Business Owner will make two different orders meaning it is two different profiles, he or she will tell the office that we must combine the two orders and the Business Owner will want to pay one courier fee for the two order numbers. THAT WON'T BE ALLOWED, each order number will have its own courier fee.
